2. How can I get a sample?

Samples are FREE of charge. You only need to bear the DHL courier cost. Please let us know your required sample size: A4, 1m×2m, or other custom sizes.

3. Can we print our logo or company name on the package?

Yes. 1) Usually we require at least half a container to support this service.
   2) Printing logo on release paper requires a new mold cost of USD 280.00.
   3) Printing logo on outer cartons is available, with a maximum of 3 colors.

4. Can you offer OEM products?

Yes, we provide OEM services including color customization, logo printing, custom packaging, etc., according to your requirements.

5. What is the standard package?

Bundles are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets (ISPM 15 compliant) and secured with stretch film, strapping bands or edge boards to avoid damage during shipping.

6. How about the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on order quantity, but it is normally around 3 weeks.

7. What are your payment terms?

1) T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before loading or against B/L copy.
   2) Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Our products are heavy, so we usually ship by sea. Air shipping is available only for small orders.
